Shipping & Delivery
Live "In stock" information -  If it shows in stock it is in Stock/ Inventory!
If needed we put extra stock/inventory information in the "quick overview" section of each product, just below "Availability". (ie We sometimes show inventory/ stock levels in US and Europe separately if we are running low on a product). ie We always make sure stock/inventory is as accurate as possible! 

UK/European orders are distributed from Derby, UK.
US/ Canada orders are distributed from Cheektoago, Buffalo, NY. US
Other worldwide destinations will be sent from either UK or US.
Delivery times to UK Next day on parcels -  We will call you to arrange larger shipments before dispatch.
Delivery times to Europe  3-7 days depending on location ie Belgium 3 days - Greece 7 days.
Delivery times US- All products shipped UPS Ground Standard. Tracking available 24/48 hours after order placed.
Delivery times Canada - Products shipped "UPS Standard Service to Canada" or "UPS Freight" for larger orders. Brokeridge fees are paid by Sefour as a bonus to our valued Canadian customers. Local taxes will still have to be paid.  Tracking available 24/48 hours after order placed. (Note: UPS Freight shipments are not trackable on-line)
Delivery to all other all other destinations is via FEDEX.

Privacy & Security

All personal details are held in accordance to the data protection act (see terms and conditions). Our payment system is secured and PCCI compliant (2012).

Returns & Replacements

All products carry a 12 month manufacturers warranty. You may return any item at any time within 28 days of the Invoice date.  

After 28 days we will except goods back up to 3 months from the invoice date and will offer a replacment or repair in accordance to the manufacturer's guidelines. Goods that have been misused in accordance to manufacturers guidelines can be replaced at cost or at a chargeable service rate.

After 3 months all faulty goods must be returned directly to the manufacturer. We are happy to help provide contact details of the appropriate returns departments at any stage of a products life cycle.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payment by most popular credit and debit cards and all details are secured in accordance with PCCI regulations.

Promotional codes are available on request and can be found in printed media and on-line forums.

Viewing Orders

Once you have completed and order you will no longer be able to access your shopping cart. You may return to the web-site and re-order using your user name and password. Your order status and tracking numbers are available on request via the contacts page.

Updating Account Information

If you wish to update your invoice and delivery details you may do this at any time by signing into your account using your username and password.
